Cat is a small carnivorous mammal.It is the only domesticated species in the family Felidae and often referred to as the domestic cat to distinguish it from wild members of the family.The cat is either a house cat or a farm cat, which are pets, or a feral cat, which ranges freely and avoids human contact.^[5] A house cat is valued by humans for companionship and for its ability to hunt rodents. Cats are popular as pets and generally considered sleek, beautiful, intelligent, fastidious and aloof, but are also known for their independence,  playfulness and the purr, a vocalization that can indicate contentedness, security and affection, as well as distress and self-comfort. Humans find the purr comforting and studies have shown that the purr reduces stress in humans. Some people likes cat -because it can become your bestfriend. Cat is an easy-going animal.And of course, Cats are so cute.
But some people are afraid to pet a cat because they believe cat bring diseases. In fact if you vaccine them, that such thing won't be happened.
